Key Responsibilities: Making and receiving calls to Customers to discuss existing broadband packages, booking appointments and up-selling Building rapport with your customers on the phone to maximise opportunities Have great conversations to meet our customer's needs, letting your personality shine A customer-first approach, skilled at understanding diverse needs and offering tailored solutions, while maintaining excellent service and support Through effective questioning, you will be able to understand customer needs to be able to deliver great service Update databases with customer details and your activity Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience outbound & inbound Sales servicing experience. Be driven by success, goal-oriented and enjoy delivering great customer service in a fast-paced environment. Result orientated and have a determined attitude to achieve your KPIs. IT literate.
