Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop 4-5 page executive summaries and detailed deal models for bank financing proposals.
- Transform preliminary information from buyers into polished, professional presentations for client use.
- Create cash flow models, assist in deal structuring, and produce high-quality executive write-ups.
- Support clients in preparing financial documentation to meet bank requirements for approval.
- Clearly explain complex financial concepts and models to non-finance professionals.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in M&A underwriting, finance, or a similar field; investment banking experience (1-2 years) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in GAAP, finance, and accounting principles, with no specific SBA experience required.
- Strong understanding of adjusted EBITDA and debt service calculations.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify financial concepts for diverse audiences.
