Factory Compounder - Reporting to Shift Manager

As a Shift Compounder you will be required to support the factory compounding team in ensuring both volume and productivity level are met. Ensure batch specifications are followed. Attention to accuracy of measurements as required on the batch form to the work load as specified by customer guidelines.
Meeting customer's deadline, ensuring compounds are produced in both an accurate and in a timely manner. A high priority on customer services focused on delivering to customer expectations. Ensuring effective level of internal communication to all relevant department to delivery customer's satisfaction.
- To manufacture Fragrance batches in an accurate, safe, tidy and timely manner
- To replenish stocks/supplies when required
- Fill finished batches into final pack when required
- To take a role in continuous improvement of processes
- Support team members in below tasks
- Accurate input of Batch data orders via Computer system
- Adhering to manufacturing plan
- Adopt a clean as you go approach
- Input to company stock take
- Compliant on for accuracy and scope required by customers/demands
- Liaise with all relevant parties to get queries resolved in a timely fashion
- Escalating queries when they reach a certain time scale
- Principal point of contact within EFF UK for Sample service:
- Supplying information to shift manager
- Flexible to customer change/manufacturing requirement
- Customer satisfaction, by ensuring internal customers are kept fully up to date with timely and accurate information

Job related Skills
- 5 years compounding or dispensary experience
- Chemical material handling experience
- Forklift /Counter balance current license
- Accurate and well organised individual
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment
- An individual with a flexible approach
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to react positively to tight deadlines
- Good accurate computer skills.
- Thorough knowledge of departmental and business processes
- Ability to balance priorities, manage time and work to tight deadlines
- Ability to build effective relationships
- Comfortable working within a dynamic team
- Good written and verbal communication
- Able to work under pressure in a calm and mature manner
- Self-motivated with ability to show initiative
Preferred- Computer knowledge
- Chemistry background
- Weighing/dispensing experience
Salary 27,000 - 31,000 experience dependent
