We are searching for a driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead our amazing client’s Durban region. In this exciting permanent role, you'll play a pivotal role in achieving business goals and driving regional sales growth.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate a high-performing regional sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive regional revenue growth.
• Identify and convert potential leads into satisfied customers.
• Manage and maintain positive customer relationships within the region.
• Ensure the region meets all deadlines and adheres to company procedures.
• Recruit and onboard new team members, fostering a culture of compliance and motivation.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity.
• Actively participate in the successful onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain control and monitor company assets in the region.
• Oversee operational efficiency and implement cost-effective solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Matriculation certificate.
• Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred).
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales management role.
• Proven experience in the Fire & Security industry.
• Strong focus on sales and business development (80% of role).
• Experience with budget forecasting and planning.
• Excellent customer relationship management (CRM) skills.
• Proficient in office and operational practices.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
