Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 years customer service experience, preferably in the BPO sector. Excellent communication skills in English & Dutch (written and verbal) Experience in customer service Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on customer service. Proven troubleshooting skills, especially when dealing with new or complex issues. Passion for technology a plus.
