Requirements: Diploma/bachelors degree in human resources or equivalent. Minimum of 5 7 years proven experience in full cycle (360) process including offer negotiation and onboarding. Demonstrated success in both niche and bulk recruitment strategies. Proven expertise in headhunting strategies. Proficiency in managing ATS and utilizing it to optimize the recruitment process. Proven experience in platform and social media management for recruitment purposes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
