Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and addressing their needs throughout their stay. Oversee and coordinate housekeeping operations to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in all guest areas. Facilitate guest activities and experiences, including dining arrangements and safari bookings, while ensuring a seamless experience. Build strong relationships with guests to enhance their stay and encourage repeat visits. Address guest feedback and concerns promptly and professionally, working with staff to implement solutions. Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistency in service and adherence to lodge protocols. Requirements: Previous experience in a lodge or hotel environment, ideally with a strong background in housekeeping. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and guest service. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
