As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our business, specifically focusing on building and leading a sales team dedicated to driving revenue and client acquisition in the property auction sector. Key Responsibilities: Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Business Strategy: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to identify and capture new opportunities. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
