Job Description
Create the academic vision for the future qualifications and programmes focused on the College's core values and brand promise. The Head of Academics will work with the leadership team to ensure that we maintain an exceptional student experience across all disciplines. Responsible for the quality and standards of both the current and the future qualifications and programmes. Forging strong partnerships with industry and accreditation authorities and will need to optimise and realize opportunities for growth. Champion the transformational impact that education and knowledge can have on individuals, in both B2B and B2C markets.
The Head of Academics will be responsible for building and developing new sales channels within the College. Strategic planning is required to ensure the College has the right blend of accredited qualifications and skills programmes.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years as a Head of Academics
- B2C and B2B sales experience
- Experience signing up and selling courses with corporate companies (advantage)
- Experience and understanding of LMS tools (Student support)
- Branding experience
- Sales driven mindset
Profile
The Head of Academics will work with the leadership team to further define our vision and mission and will need to take ownership for future growth and sustainability. The successful candidate will report into the Director and work closely with colleagues to ensure successful delivery of all KPIs.
