Job Description
This leadership role requires a CA(SA) qualification and promises a fast-paced environment ripe for professional growth and influence.
You will be reporting directly to the CEO alongside the CTO and Head of Operations.
Experience ideally in a technology/project’s environment is ideal, although mining or construction would also be relevant.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the Finance & Administration Team
- Ensuring timely reporting
- Managing regulatory compliance
- HR and legal collaboration
- Active participation in Risk, Audit, and Payroll committees
- Advising the CEO on asset allocation and cash flow management
- Driving financial excellence and governance
