An exciting opportunity awaits! *Aspect Healthcare* is searching for a talented *Practice Based Educator* to join our client’s fantastic nursing department. This full-time position offers 37.5 hours a week, requiring coverage across a flexible shift pattern. *Requirements:*
* Qualified Registered General Nurse on Part 1 of the NMC register, or a registered practitioner with the HCPC.
* Relevant teaching or education qualifications, such as Cert Ed, PGCE, or a Master’s degree, along with mentoring certification.
* Strong foundation in theoretical knowledge.
* Evidence of ongoing professional development and commitment to growth.
* Familiarity with NMC and HCPC codes, standards, and guidelines.
*Responsibilities:*
* Lead and manage daily training and education at the site or cluster level, promoting innovation and positive change.
* Support the CHG People Development strategy by fostering staff development to ensure excellence and efficiency in patient care.
* Collaborate closely with the hospital’s senior management team to organize and deliver training that enhances patient safety and ensures high-quality care.
* Conduct training sessions in both formal and informal settings, aligned with the corporate clinical education strategy and competency framework.
