*Aspect Healthcare* are proud to be partnered with one of the UKs leading Private Hospital Groups in their search to find an Experienced Lead Theatre Practitioner for their hospital in London. This is a full-time permanent role consisting of 37.5 hours a week across flexible shift patterns Monday to Saturday, so no Sundays, Bank holidays or Nights!
*The Requirements:*
* NMC/HCPC Registered with no restrictions on pin.
* Must hold an SFA qualification
* Must be able Understanding of the role and its expectations.
* Candidate should have Orthopaedic scrub experience.
* Must have previous leadership and management experience.
*The Role:*
* To deliver safe quality care for patients during their perioperative phase of care. To support and assist in the management and organisation of care provision within the Operating Department
* Assist in the delivery of patient care.
* Assemble, check and prepare the appropriate surgical equipment, instruments, and consumables for a wide range of operative procedures.
* Develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of others and self.
* Contribute to quality improvement.
