Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation. Develop and implement RF testing protocols and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry guidelines. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in RF engineering. Strong knowledge of RF design software (e.g., ADS, HFSS, CST). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with (specific technologies (e.g., LTE, 5G, satellite communications) is a plus.
