Qualifications and Experience: B.Eng/BSc in Mechanical Engineering Professional Engineering Registration with ECSA Minimum of 7 years of experience in the built environment Strong understanding of HVAC, vertical transportation, wet services, fire protection, and other related systems Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and HAP Knowledge of construction contracts (GCC, FIDIC, PROCSA, NEC) Key Responsibilities: Design and oversee the implementation of mechanical building services for various projects, including hospitals, clinics, commercial buildings, and more. Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure effective project management and timely completion. Prepare detailed project documentation, including proposals, reports, and cost budgets.
