Manage and supervise the technical aspects of citrus production, including planting, irrigation, pest and disease control, and post-harvest handling. Ensure compliance with local and international standards and regulations for food safety, quality, and sustainability. Monitor and evaluate the performance and productivity of citrus orchards and implement improvement plans. Provide technical advice and support to farmers, agronomists, and extension officers on best practices and new technologies for citrus cultivation. Conduct research and trials on new varieties, rootstocks, fertilisers, and crop protection products. Prepare and update technical reports, manuals, and training materials. Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as research institutes, suppliers, customers, and industry associations.
