Our client in the health industry is looking for a Hadoop Administrator with Linux and Kubernete s experience to be part of this winning team.

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications: Computer Science, Information Systems or similar
- Certification in Hadoop Development.
- Hadoop experience to include - HIVE, Pig, Spark, Impala, Oozie, Sqoop, and Map Reduce
- Knowledge of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
- Familiarity with data loading tools like Flume, Sqoop and Kafka.
- Knowledge of workflow/schedulers like Oozie.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, applied to Big Data domain
- In-depth knowledge of Data Warehouse and Big Data best practices.
- Working experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Linux experience essential
