The purpose of the role is to report on and analyse campaigns and assess their effectiveness. This includes evaluating campaign data, writing detailed reports, and providing actionable insights based on analysis to optimise future strategies and support informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis within a BPO or collections environment.
- Data Handling - extract, clean, transform, and analyse data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Statistical Evaluation - apply statistical techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Present complex data in a clear and digestible format for business users.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in data gathering and reporting.
- Tertiary qualification -diploma or degree.
