Babylonstoren, located just outside Franschhoek, requires the services of a passionate and professional restaurant manager to join the team.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- At least two years’ experience as restaurant manager.
- Wine knowledge and/or courses passed would be advantageous.
- Client service experience is essential.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Must be available to work during hospitality hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays).
- Must have own transport.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Manage staff.
- Liaise between FOH and BOH as needed.
- Ensure an exceptional culinary experience for all guests.
