Key Responsibilities:
- Administratively supporting all aspects of the buying process.
- Ensuring timeous placement of orders & tickets onto the purchasing system.
- Compiling, balancing, and updating spreadsheets and reports.
- Building constructive and mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers.
- All preparations prior to presentations.
- General office administration and ad hoc duties as required by the department.
- Maintaining a control system for the sample room.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Jewellery Design and Manufacture, Jewellery Design, Creative Jewellery Design related degree or diploma.
- Admin experience would be advantageous.
- Have a working knowledge of MS Word and Excel (PMM would be an advantage).
