A VOIP Telecoms company that has recently expanded its operations into Germany and the Netherlands is looking for an Operations Strategist to optimize business processes and drive efficiency at their Cape Town operation.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop operational strategies to grow the business and improve efficiency
- Turn goals into properly orchestrated plans
- Align operations with broader business objectives
- Optimize processes, promoting culture of continuous improvement
- Manage teams, overseeing development and performance of the operational team
- Manage projects ensuring timely completion
- Manage Vendor and Partner relationships, negotiating contracts and SLA's
- Regular reporting
REQUIRED SKILLS: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Operations Management or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in Operations management role
- Technical knowledge of VOIP and cloud telephony systems
- Team leader
- Problem solver
- Strong communication skills
