Positions Available and Qualifications:
Clinician III and IV:
Summary: Provides counseling services to clients with substance abuse and mental health issues. Conducts diagnostic evaluations, writes behavioral treatment plans, provides individual counseling, writes aftercare plans in accordance with department quality and productivity standards. Participates in counseling and patient care as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
Position Qualifications:
Required:
- Master’s degree in a clinical course of study in behavioral health (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or related field) that meet the academic requirements for independent licensure in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Clinician III: Requires licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or is actively working towards licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Clinician IV: Requires Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor or Psychologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Preferred:
- Bilingual preferred.
Experience/Skills:
Required:
- Ability to perform diagnostic and risk assessments using current accepted tools and practices to determine appropriate level of care.
- Ability to develop and implement treatment plans which are behaviorally oriented, measurable, and appropriate for the identified level of care.
- Ability and interest to learn and implement evidence-based models of treatment for opioid addiction.
Preferred:
- A minimum of one year of experience in behavioral health or addiction is preferred.
- Clinical expertise specific to adults with substance use conditions and co-occurring severe and persistent mental illness with an ability to engage clients effectively and work with other professionals and organizations.
Clinical Social Worker:
Summary: Provides assessment of patients/families and their adaptation to patient’s illness. Provides counseling as needed and ensures maximum patient participation in plans for discharge and recovery. Identifies system or discharge problems and develops discharge plans and presents options to patients. Assessment of all potential cases of abuse: child, elderly, disabled and/or domestic violence.
Position Qualifications:
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work.
- Current Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure.
Experience/Skills:
Required:
- Demonstrated ability in psychosocial assessment, knowledge of community resources, crisis intervention skills, ability in discharge planning, and ability to work with a multidisciplinary team.
- Data compilation and analysis skills.
- Excellent written and communications skills.
- Basic computer skills.
Preferred:
- One to three years of Social Work experience.
Program Director:
Summary: Manages assigned program(s) provided on site and ensures program processes are consistent with regulations, contractual expectations, agency policies, and best clinical practices. The Program Director manages the efficient functioning of clinical and business processes necessary for quality care delivery.
Position Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health field: psychology, social work, mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
- Some programs may require independent licensure including LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist.
Preferred:
- Licensed Addition and Drug Counselor (LADC) may be preferred.
Experience/Skills:
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of community behavioral health operations.
- Knowledge of clinical treatment and/or crisis management with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, developmental disabilities, and/or substance use disorder.
- Effective communication with consumers, staff, peers, and other professionals.
- Excellent verbal, written, and computer skills.

- Strong organizational and delegation skills.

Assistant Director:
Summary: This position is responsible for overseeing daily operation of the program consistent with administrative, programmatic and clinical policies of Community Healthlink, Inc and applicable external funding sources and regulatory bodies.
Position Qualifications:
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related human services field.
- Independently licensed as an LICSW, LMHC, or Psychologist.
Experience/Skills:
Required:
- Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience and at least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Unless certification, licensure or registration is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description may be substituted for the above requirements.
Clinical Pharmacist:
Summary: The clinical pharmacist provides comprehensive medication management services that integrate clinical services, order management, patient/staff education, and research. Clinical pharmacists are responsible for improving the patient’s experience, safety, and achieving positive clinical and financial outcomes.
Position Qualifications:
Required:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree; OR Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSPharm) degree with 3 years hospital experience.
- Licensure with the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy.
Preferred:
- ASHP Accredited Residency in Pharmacy Practice (PGY1) is recommended.
- Pharm.D. degree with minimum of 1 year of hospital experience.
Network Engineer:
Summary: This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Cisco network, Checkpoint firewalls, F5 Big IP load balancers, and Cisco Identity Service Engine (ISE). Activities include updating and monitoring firewalls, installation and maintenance of switches, security and vulnerability management of the network equipment, and response to both service and cyber security incidents.
Position Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or related field.
Preferred:
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
- Check Point Certified Security Administrator (CCSA).
- F5 Certified Administrator (F5-CA).
Experience/Skills:
Required:
- Minimum five (5) years of related network engineering and security experience.
- Must have experience with HSRP, 802.1Q, Spanning Tree, IP subnetting, IP routing including OSPF, BGP, EIGRP.
- Design and deploy datacenter network, storage, and compute.
- Experience in logical design models (L2/L3, vPC, vPC+, VDC, FEX, datacenter zones, OTV, fabric path, spanning tree, port channels, VTP, VLANs, physical cabling).
- Experience designing and troubleshooting of GLBP, HSRP and VRRP.
- Experience designing and troubleshooting of AAA, ACLs, DHCP snooping, dynamic ARP inspection, IP source guard, port security, TrustSec.
- Working technical knowledge of network control protocols (QOS, PoE, NTP, DHCP), network management protocols (CDP, FTP, TFTP, SNMP) and security protocols (SSH, HTTPS, IPSec).
- Strong knowledge IP communication and routing (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).
- Understanding of WAN/LAN and transport technologies (Ethernet and MPLS).
- Excellent hands-on technical knowledge of network equipment, including routers and switches.
- Technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and internet standards and the ability to conduct research into networking issues and products with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate in a high-pressure environment with strong customer service orientation and experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Experience with Cisco switches, routers, and wireless controllers.
Preferred:
- Experience with F5 Big IP load balancers.
- Experience with Cisco Stealth Watch.
- Experience with Checkpoint firewalls.
- Experience with Cisco ASA firewalls.

This position is required to participate in a 24 x 7 on-call rotation.
Unified Communications Engineer:
Summary: Designs, implements, and supports solutions to integrate voice, video, and collaboration systems within the UMass Memorial enterprise.
Position Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Meeting Server, Cisco TelePresence Management Suite, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco IMP, UCCX Zoom, and Cisco SX10, SX20, SX80, DX70, DX80 and Jabber Collaboration Endpoints.
- Experience integrating Cisco Video endpoints into complex AV environments containing Crestron components.
Experience/Skills:
Required:
- Seven (7) years’ experience in networking and/or voice communication systems, with at least five (5) years’ experience specifically with Cisco VOIP systems.
- Three (3) years’ experience in Cisco Unified Communications technologies.
- Experience in the design of complex UC system(s) consisting of several thousand users and multiple sites.
Preferred:
- CCNP Voice experience.
Employee Relations Partner:
Summary: Provides strategic and tactical Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees to resolve employee issues and advise on employee conflict resolution, performance management, disciplinary action and/or termination.
Position Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentration in Human Resources or an equivalent field.
Experience/Skill:
Required:
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of human resources theory, principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of such disciplines as the recruitment function, training, compensation, employee relations, labor relations, and benefits administration.
- Good communications, program management, project management, facilitation, decision-making, critical thinking and listening skills.
- Prior Employee Relations coaching/mentoring expertise, as well as a functional understanding of the organization.
- Proven problem solving, mediation and analysis experience. Must be self-directed and motivated.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time in a complex environment.
