Introduction
This role is a 5th eight, office based position (Monday to Friday).
The perfect candidate will offer crucial administrative support and aid in handling diverse administrative duties, reporting directly to the Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
In this position, you'll have the chance to grow and improve, by helping your direct manager with the following:
Maintaining and Expanding Current Networks, Discovering New Relevant Connections
- Help create a plan for how we connect with others, set goals for how we work, and establish rules and steps to follow.
- Organize hands-on training sessions for people who are part of our network.
- Watch how we're doing things according to our plan and lend a hand wherever it's necessary.
Maintenance and Building of Relationships:
- Work together to create a plan for building relationships and achieving our goals.
- Help arrange meetings for planning strategies and operations with PAKs.
Organizing Experts for Business Intelligence and Analysis
- Help in spotting market trends and patterns.
- Help organize and get ready for quarterly analysis reports.
Guidance and Leadership for Program Development and Implementation
- Aid in finding and creating new programs that match current market trends.
- Assist in project plan development and program accreditation.
Assistance in Ensuring Office Financial Management is Effective
- Help with preparing the budget and make sure payments are made on time.
- Keep an eye on budget differences and give reasons when needed.
Organizing, Maintaining, and Growing Communication and Advertising Efforts
- Help with communicating and promoting participation through advertising.
- Aid in processing and translating communication materials.
Managing General Administrative Processes
- Attend meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Maintain and update the database of resources and service providers.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails and maintain relevant documents.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements
- Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans) with exceptional Afrikaans literacy / Good articulation in both Afrikaans and English.
- A relevant tertiary qualification with at least 1 year experience OR Qualified by 2 - 3 years relevant experience, gained within a similar role.
- Computer Literacy (MS Office, Email, and Internet).
