Regional Manager
As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the office and overall function of the business in the Region. The role will entail managing staff, visiting clients, overseeing projects, reviewing finances, implementing controls and reporting on the health of the Region.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage project staff on all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, implementation, and completion.
- Coordinate and manage construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage and provide guidance to project teams.
- Manage and provide guidance to the Office Support Team.
- Manage inventory and logistics.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Manage project and office budgets, resources, and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and address any issues that arise.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Review service offerings to grow the business and ensure client needs are met.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Degree or Diploma in Construction Management or related field.
- Proven experience as a Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
