JOYA BRANDS is looking for a dynamic, and ambitious individual to join the Procurement Department.
Location: Atlantis – Western Cape
Reporting to : Procurement Manager
Requirements of the Role: Roles and Responsibilities: - Loading POs, managing delivery of the right product, right quality, right price, right quantity and right place.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Ensure supplier pricelists are well maintained and accurate pricing updated on POs.
- Make certain of PO prices and invoice accuracy.
- Support the Procurement Manager to negotiate improved terms and pricing with suppliers.
- Assist the Procurement Manager to manage and build strong supplier relationships.
- Assist the Procurement Manager with identifying and sourcing new products and potential suppliers.
- Communicate weekly data reports to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with production planning team to meet sales forecast.
- Support the Procurement Manager with market research on latest industry trends.
- Support the business (Operations, Marketing and Sales team) in delivering a world class customer experience.
- Support the Procurement Manager in daily tasks and updates.
Requirements of the Role: Qualification: - Degree or Higher Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or Logistics
Experience: - Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the Procurement.

- Experience working on SYSPRO/Evolution/SAP ERP systems.
