Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Relationships:
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with customers and franchises.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for our client's Software Solutions across diverse contexts.
- Engage key decision-makers within client organisations to drive sales.
- Develop and deliver professional presentations and proposals tailored to address customer needs, proposed solutions, costs, and technology.
- Articulate technology and pricing models clearly to clients.
- Provide clients with up-to-date technical information and strategic advice.
- Identify and highlight customer needs, offering tailored solutions.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our client's software solutions and service offerings.
- Elevate the sales teams product knowledge through comprehensive training and support.
- Lead training sessions and assist franchise sales teams with product demonstrations.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to implement budgets and sales targets.
- Foster customer relationships to prepare for purchases and encourage system upgrades.
- Proactively address customer objections with effective strategies.
- Present detailed solution and cost recovery proposals based on thorough industry knowledge.
- Employ a consultative approach in selling software solutions.
- Uphold professionalism, punctuality, and courtesy in all customer interactions.
- Engage confidently in boardroom meetings as well as discussions with end-users and IT specialists.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge through ongoing training and document reviews.
- Achieve monthly sales performance targets and objectives.
