NCR Management Centre, an outbound Call Centre has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and energetic individual to assume the responsibility as an Office Manager.
The office Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of the office environment by overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions and smooth running of all the admin departments.
Requirements:
• Certification in office management or office administration would be an added advantage.
• At least 2 years office management experience or a similar administrative role.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a focus on fostering teamwork.
• Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office).
• Maintain a well-organized and productive office environment,
• Ability to priorities tasks and manage time effectively
• Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative in resolving issues
• Ensure attention to detail in day-to-day operations
