Bachelor of Technology in Production or Bachelor of Science in Food Science. Management certificate is advantageous. 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably within the milk processing industry. Strong understanding of milk processing operations and quality control measures. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
