Education: - Grade 12 or equivalent - B.Tech/B.Eng/B.Sc qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Experience: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in electrical and electronic engineering, preferably in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or industrial settings. Primary Responsibilities 1. Design and Development: Design electrical systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, cleanroom facilities, and process automation solutions, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. 2. System Integration: Integrate electrical and electronic systems with HVAC, cleanroom, and production equipment, ensuring seamless operation and communication between components. 3. Installation Oversight: Lead the installation, configuration, and commissioning of electrical systems in new or existing manufacturing facilities, ensuring quality and efficiency. 4. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic issues in manufacturing systems, ensuring minimal downtime and continuous production. 5. Testing and Validation: Conduct tests to ensure that electrical systems function according to design specifications and meet all GMP and FDA standards for the pharmaceutical industry. 6. Automation and Control: Engage with internal and external stakeholders in the development and programming PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
