Minimum Requirements: - Matric certificate. - Production management diploma or relevant qualification (advantageous). - Strong organizational skills for both office and shop floor environments. - Proven supervisory experience. - Proficiency in Mastercam CAD/CAM. - Computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency. - Trade test (beneficial). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
