Key Responsibilities: Drive new business development for AHU, FCU, and VAV products, achieving sales targets and building a solid customer portfolio. Collaborate with the Sales Leader to create strategic business plans and growth initiatives for the region. Conduct detailed site surveys and provide customers with tailored HVAC solutions that align with their requirements. Prepare and follow up on customer quotations, ensuring they are accurately logged into our systems. Meet sales goals and participate in monthly forecasting, technical discussions, and sales meetings. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 4 years of technical sales experience in the Airside market. Strong understanding of Airside products, with the ability to assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Willingness to travel frequently across South Africa. Key Competencies: Valid driver's license. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a high level of professionalism and flexibility.
