This client is looking for a Sales Support Agent who can juggle multiple tasks like a pro, generate quotes with precision, and provide exceptional after-sales support. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working three days in our vibrant office and two days from home.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate Quotes: Create impressive and accurate quotes that meet client needs.
Order Updates: Communicate effectively to keep clients and internal teams informed of order statuses.
After-Sales Support: Provide top-notch customer support and solutions post-sale.
Customer Service: Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a high standard of service.
Skills Required:
Strong customer service experience and ability to maintain client satisfaction.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Good numerical skills for accurate data handling and reporting.
Proficiency in Acumatica and MS Office.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry is advantageous.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role or industry.
Understanding of freight or logistics is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Salary: R18 000 - R20 000 pm (Hybrid role)
