We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a minimum of at least 5 years of experience in conveyancing to join our clients dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities: - Handling bonds and transfers with precision and efficiency.
- Facilitating and finalizing cancellations.
- Utilizing Lexis Convey and other property practice systems.
- Ensuring extremely fast turnaround times for transfers.
- Managing all aspects of the conveyancing process from start to finish.
- Liaising with clients, banks, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal.
- Proficiency in Lexis Convey and other relevant property practice systems.
- Demonstrated ability to handle bonds and transfers efficiently.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Previous experience dealing with Property Practitioners.
Remuneration : R20 000 - R25 000 monthly CTC
Working hours : Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4.30 pm
