Requirements & Competencies
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role within retail apparel.
- Grade 12 qualification; a tertiary qualification is advantageous.
- Proven track record in sales and people management within the apparel retail sector.
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills, with the ability to lead by example.
- Excellent communication skills adaptable to various stakeholder needs.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
