Itec Free State is looking for an individual to join our Service Department as a Service Controller
The candidate must be computer literate and be able to work with Clients via email and telephonically
The candidate must be able to work under pressure and motivated to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Calls need to be logged on our system in a quick and accurate manner and given through to the relevant department
The candidate must be able to be communicate with various role players and the client.
The candidate must be self motivated and have a dedicated work ethic and meet deadlines.
