Duties and responsibilities: Handle office administration including but not limited to compiling reports, filing, orders, telephone appointments, queries and capturing of data on computer system. Coordinate Health and Wellness activities/awareness campaigns. Capture data, analyse and write of reports. Report fault and general maintenance and follow-ups. Assist with financial administration of HIV division. Assist with budget planning and budget of external funding. Travel to other UFS campuses as required to assist with HIV activities. Perform any functions assigned by the HIV Coordinator. Inherent requirements: Grade 12 on NQF level 4. A minimum of one (1) relevant working experience relating to the duties and responsibilities. Minimum of one (1) year experience in the HIV field. Valid Drivers license (motor vehicle). Recommendations: Minimum of one (1) year experience in office management. Experience in financial administration/management. Experience in proposal writing for external funding. PDP License (for transporting students, when necessary, to campaigns).
