Recovery Ratio Analysis and Implementation Analyze various factors (damage, year model, vehicle type, market value) to calculate recovery percentages based on vehicle market value. 2. Pricing of Vehicles Collaborate with the auctioneering team to price vehicles sold at SMD. Evaluate damages, year model, vehicle type, and market value to establish auction prices. 3. Starting Bid and Bid Acceptance Determine starting bid offers and evaluate fairness and competitiveness. Make decisions on accepting or declining bids, considering vehicle value and associated supplier/SMD costs. 4. Vehicle Coding Assign appropriate vehicle codes (2, 3, or 4) based on damage assessment, including front suspension, overall damage, firewalls, VIN number, chassis condition, and damage severity. 5. Consignment of Stock and Process Select vehicles for consignment to achieve desired recovery ratios from respective sales channels. Manage payment processes related to consignment and commissions.
