Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team, ensuring all areas of the lodge are impeccably clean and well-maintained. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure quality standards are met. Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service in line with the lodges high standards. Assign duties, allocate shifts, and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff. Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, ensuring timely replenishment. Address and resolve guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front-of-house, to ensure seamless operations. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a luxury lodge, hotel, or similar high-end hospitality environment. Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to cleanliness and the ability to maintain a high standard of presentation. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and guests effectively.
