Duties: Sourcing of candidates on job portals, Screening and interviewing of appropriate candidates, Preparing CV's for submittal, Follow up with candidates on companies, New business acquisition, Head hunting of candidates, Networking on social media, Placing of adverts
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as recruitment consultant
- Tertiary education beneficial
- Social media and networking skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Knowledge of working on job portals and MS Office
- Driven and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Home based office with internet connection
- Ability to work remotely at all time
