Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services : Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction by supervising front-of-house operations, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and ensuring every visitor has an enjoyable experience.
- Staff Management : Lead, train, and inspire a team of guides, rangers, and support staff. Oversee duty assignments, monitor performance, and provide guidance to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Daily Operations : Coordinate and oversee game drives, guided tours, and guest activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards and responsible tourism principles.
- Resource Management : Manage resources like vehicles, equipment, and supplies to ensure operational readiness and functionality.
- Health and Safety : Foster a safe environment for both staff and guests by enforcing and maintaining rigorous safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality or tourism
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Effective leadership and communication skills
- First Aid and CPR certification (advantageous)
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and unpredictable environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and composure under pressure
