The Home Admissions Advisor will manage the sales and marketing processes of the home, ensuring the effective daily operation of the Sales & Marketing Department whilst meeting and exceeding budget targets, filling the home with the agreed client base and maximizing revenue.
This role involves working within a team and very closely with the General Manager. You will need to be decisive, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and adaptable. Confident and enthusiastic with a desire to excel in all areas, you will need to possess the ability to prioritise your workload and be able to work under pressure. The ability to communicate and manage interpersonal relationships, including influencing skills, is essential.
