Urgently recruiting for a SENIOR SOUS CHEF for a Luxury 5* Game Lodge in Zululand.
Requirements:
- Qualification in Culinary Art
- Must have 5* A la Carte experience and exceptional plating skills
- Lodge experience a definite
- At least 5 to 8 years’ Cheffing experience
- Must be able to work 21 days on 7 days off rotation
