Are you an experienced, compassionate Registered Nurse Manager in nursing looking for your next challenge? A beautiful 40-bed care home in Boston is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Manager to oversee its day-to-day operations and ensure the highest standard of care for its residents.
Key Responsibilities as the Registered Nurse Manager:
Manage the daily operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance processes.
Supervise and support care staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to residents.
Develop and implement tailored care plans for residents, considering their unique needs and preferences.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents by maintaining a comfortable and secure environment.
Promote a positive and engaging atmosphere, fostering emotional and social well-being for residents.
Address any maintenance or safety concerns promptly to maintain a safe living environment.
Drive the business aspect of the home, aiming for high and consistent occupancy levels.
Requirements:
NMC PIN: Active Nursing and Midwifery Council registration.
Experience in a nursing home setting, ideally with dementia care experience.
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
Proven experience in supervising staff and coordinating care services.
Strong knowledge of medication administration and patient care best practices.
A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Strong business acumen to help steer the home towards financial success and high occupancy.
