Skills and Experience: Grade 12 and Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in a similar Financial Planning & Analysis or management accounting role, ideally within commercial finance or banking. Studying towards CIMA or a similar management accounting qualification (advantageous). Knowledge of asset-based financing (advantageous). Proficiency in advanced Excel, PowerBi, and Microsoft Office 365, with strong Excel skills essential. Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly management accounts and financial packs, including regulatory reporting requirements. Support the Financial Director in creating Annual Financial Statements. Lead annual budgeting and forecasting, cash flow projections, and funding requirements. Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives. Own Sage ERP reporting and manage the budget for optimal tracking. Work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure effective departmental cross-functioning.
