Microsoft Excel - Advance Excel skills specifically for reporting development
- Pivots
- VLOOKUP, SUMIF(S), COUNTIF(S), IF(S) statements, etc.
- SQL Queries within Excel (Excel Query Manager)
Microsoft Word - Advanced Word skills for Reporting and Document Publication
- Simple Mail Merge
- Including formatting merge fields
- Knowledge of Mail Merge Toolkit
2-3 Years required experience in Debt Collection or Legal Environment.
