Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee all catering outlets and conferences while maintaining the highest standards of guest service and hygiene.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Experience: A Hotel Management Diploma/Degree is a must, along with at least one year of managerial experience in Food & Beverage service.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and familiar with property management systems like Pilot, Semper, and Vingcard.
- People Skills: An outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and a talent for managing teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure prompt and efficient service of all food and beverages.
- Maintain impeccable restaurant and conference room standards.
- Train and lead a dedicated team of waitstaff and bartenders.
- Handle customer complaints with grace and efficiency.
- Oversee financial aspects, ensuring profit margins are maintained and costs are controlled.
