Background: Mobile Money is on a digital transformation journey that focuses on enabling our clients through digital channels, simplifying client experience, and product development driven from insights. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team.
This role contributes to that journey through the enablement and support of features on the Mobile Money app and website. A strong technical background will be an advantage for this role.
Education / Business Degree - Computer Sciences Post Graduate Diploma
- IT and Computer Sciences Knowledge of Agile methodology 5- 10 Years
- Business Analysis and Design 5 -10 Years - Analyse business needs and provide solutions
Work Experience - Experience in business and system analysis work
- Experience working in an agile environment and feature teams
- Technical background is an advantage for this role
Leadership/Management: - Must have strong team leadership skills.
- Must have strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to act on own initiative and make decisions.
- Ability to direct others appropriately.
- Must have good planning and scheduling skills.
