Role Overwiew
We are seeking a Head of Business Development to drive our growth strategy, oversee marketing and sales, and establish an efficient customer care division. Reporting directly to the Management Board, this role will be instrumental in shaping PST.AG’s strategic and operational success.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Management
• Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies for marketing, sales, and customer support to align with company goals.
• Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage teams in marketing, sales, and customer support.
• Process Optimization: Establish best practices and efficient workflows within each department.
• Budget Management: Oversee department budgets to ensure effective cost management.
• Collaboration: Partner with the management board and other departments to drive company success.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop performance evaluation and bonus systems to promote a results-driven culture.
Marketing & Sales
• Customer Acquisition: Design and implement strategies to acquire customers through online platforms.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Partnerships: Establish partnerships with relevant external organizations.
• Brand Growth: Create and execute marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and customer acquisition.
• Customer Insights: Monitor and assess customer satisfaction levels.
Support and Accounting
• Customer Support: Oversee customer ticket processing to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution.
• Invoicing & Dunning: Ensure accuracy in invoicing and manage the dunning process as needed.
• Financial Analysis: Collaborate with accounting to provide relevant data and insights for business evaluations.
Key Requirements
• Leadership: Proven experience in a management role, especially in department development.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of marketing, sales, and customer support functions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Skilled in engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Business Acumen: Proficient in financial and business management.
• Process Management: Skilled in designing and refining processes for scalability.
• Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Technical Familiarity: Comfortable with tools and technology used in business development.
