-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
-Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes
-Drafting of letters of appointment, promotions and other administrative processes, etc.
-Champion employee wellness and wellness initiatives
-Conduct induction and policy workshops
-Administer and educate employees on benefits and benefits structures
-Administer the performance management processes, education and training
-Provide input with policy development and documentation
-Consultation, compilation and submission of Employment Equity Plans and reports
-Maintenance and administration of the leave module and updating of information on the People ESS system
-General HR reporting, including collation and reporting of statistics - monthly and quarterly
-Assisting and consultation with employees on employment mater including IR and HR related queries
-Accountability for HR projects / research as required
-Ensure compliance to regulatory, policy and audit requirements
-Develop and conduct policy and procedure training on regular basis
-Co-ordinate CSI of Shared Services based on BEE & GM requirements
