Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): Oversee the management and enhancement of the CRM system and cloud applications, ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with organizational needs Assist company users with their system-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on how to effectively use these services and resources Serving as the primary point of contact for our team, this individual possesses the expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex cases effectively and efficiently, across different age groups Develop and maintain technical documentation, guidelines, training manuals and best practices for existing and forthcoming systems within the company Deliver ongoing training programs for both new and existing employees on our company systems, ensuring all team members are proficient and up-to-date with our technological tools and processes Proactively keep up to date with the latest developments and advancements for company and industry systems, including researching and adopting the latest AI and tech innovations to enhance our systems and operations Maintain and improve the website to ensure its seamless operation and the integration of the latest digital trends. This key role focuses on improving user experience and engagement, aligning with our company's brand, mission, and vision Deliver detailed monthly reports for directors that include implementation, system management activities, and compliance adherence, along with key outcomes of all relevant systems and research, to support strategic decision-making Qualifications, Skills and Experience" A Bachelors degree or equivalent in information technology, project management, or a related field; (e.g. Informatics, Computer Systems, Systems Administration/Coordination, Financial Systems) Minimum 1-year experience within the Financial Services industry Experience in the following would be advantageous: Experience with CRM systems (EliteWealth preferred) and working knowledge of integration and reporting practices Proven ability to manage digital document workflows, including experience in the development and integration of electronic signature solutions Extensive experience in automation and process optimization, utilizing online forms, document generation tools, and scripting to streamline operations and improve efficiency in data handling Working knowledge of web-based platforms and system customization for improved user experience and business operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment that values open communication and the sharing of ideas A positive attitude, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues across different departments Detail-oriented, strong work ethic and high standard of excellence Fast learner, achiever, set high personal goals Must be able to multitask projects and meet their respective deadlines The ideal candidate will possess a thorough and active understanding of the company's administrative environment while leading the continuous management and enhancement of their systems and implementing innovative solutions that align with their objectives as a financial service provider.
