Job Description:
Assess tasks scope of work
Prepare and update bills of materials and 3D assembly models
Manage product data throughout the project lifecycle
Develop 3D component models and 2D part drawings to meet supplier and regulatory standards
Collaborate with overseas suppliers and customers on design requirements
Lead concept and design review sessions to ensure alignment and project success
Skills & Experience:
3+ years of experience, ideally in components or heavy machinery engineering
Proficient in 3D CAD (NX preferred)
South African citizen, willing to travel internationally as needed
Strong attention to detail and task management under pressure
Excellent communication skills in English, with advanced Microsoft Excel expertise
Qualification:
B Eng Degree or B Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
